IMDB rating: 6.70 Plot: The US Coast Guard version of “Top Gun” with a little “An Officer and A Gentleman” thrown in: an aging USCG rescue swimmer’s team is killed in a horrific rescue mission. Immediately prior to this terrible event, his wife also announced that she cannot take anymore. His first love is always the rescue mission. This leaves him an obviously emotional wreck. His commender gives him a choice - quit or take a position as an instructor at the USCG training facility in Louisiana. Reluctantly he takes the position. Moving into the school, he immediately increases the 18 week curriculum that routinely fails half of the people that attend. Here he meets a young man with unlimited potential, but with some secret that seems to hold him back as a team player. Delving into his past, links are found that make him a psychic twin to the older man. Thrown into the midst of the story is a romance with a local girl. Rescue missions punctuate the beginning and end of the story with the training sessions the center of the film. |

All Time Low concert? at Northern Lights in Clifton Park, NY..?
I really want to go to the All time low concert. My dad said he’d think about it..
The thing is the place i want to see them (the northern lights in clifton park, NY) is a bar and you have to be 16+ to get in or have a legal guardian. My parents would probably be really out of place at an ATL concert and I am only 13 so i was wondering if my sister and her friends (who are all around there 20s) could take me and my 14 year old friends (just two i think)….. can we do that?
Also if anybody knows anything about the Northern Lights… there isn’t seating or anything is there?
Also is All time low good in concert? I heard there are mosh pits. should i be worried?

if we can’t get into that…. Do you know if Hammerstein Ballroom is sold out? Because i cant get tickets on ticketmaster (and all the other places are really overpriced)

I’m 13 too. I forced my dad to go to 2 ATL concerts before and, yes, he was very out of place.
I think it would be just fine if you went with 20-year-olds.
It can get a little crazy at their concerts. If there are any mosh pits they won’t be huge or last very long.
Have fun at the concert. I can’t go to the one here in MN because all my friends are busy that day.
