Is the film "The last of the Mohicans" based on a real story?
I know it’s based on a war between france and england, but why do the mohicans have anything to do with the war!?
OK so how comes the main characters teamed up with the English.
The French & Indian war, dear. The French and Indians battled against the British.
Main characters did not really team up with the English. They were saving the women because they were being good people. The other Indian tribe is targeting those women because the antagonist Indian guy wants to take revenge on their father, who is a British general. He eventually fell in love with her so he saves her.
